Welcome to U.P. Cruising, a motorcycle rider's road map to cruising Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Probably best known for its great fishing, beaches and snowmobile trails, little has been written about motorcycling in Upper Michigan. U.P Cruising is here to tell you why you need to pack those saddle bags, round up your friends and ride to a place simply knows as da' U.P.
Spanning 370 miles, Upper Michigan is sandwiched between three of the Great Lakes. Riding across the peninsula, one is never far from a beautiful beach, scenic waterfall and some great Upper Michigan hospitality. This website is dedicated to bringing more motorcycle riders to Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Throughout this site, you'll find information on roads, events and places to stay and eat on your rides. Not sure where to ride? U.P. Bike Week - Formerly known as "Just Ride Week", Upper Peninsula Bike Week is going to be a blast this year. From July 17th through July 25th, the land between the lakes will be home to thunder of motorcycles, great music and some rocking good times. You're all invited to come ride and experience the U.P. of Michigan. So mark it on your calendar and stop by this website from time to time for updates and look for more information in our free monthly newsletter. On the U.P. Cruising Events page you'll find a list of more motorcycle events taking place on the peninsula in the coming year.
